Thank you for shopping with Ram Naturals. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a return or refund under the terms below:

1. Return Period

You may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
• Unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received
• In its original packaging with all seals intact
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

*Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.*

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will inspect the issue and, if valid, offer a full refund or replacement.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned due to hygiene or safety reasons, including but not limited to:
• Opened essential oils or personal care items
• Products that have been used, altered, or with broken seals
• Sale items or gift cards

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:
• If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method
• Refunds typically take 5–14 business days to reflect, depending on your card issuer or bank

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item).

If you want a different product, you may return your item for a refund and place a new order, or ask us about an exchange when you contact support.
